We deliver to Santa Barbara, Montecito, Summerland, Carpinteria, Goleta, Ventura, and Ojai on Wednesdays (UPDATED MAY 2021- WE ARE NO LONGER DELIVERING ON TUESDAYS). We deliver to parts of Los Angeles on Wednesdays: Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, Brentwood, Venice, Beverly Hills, Bel Air, Calabasas, and Sherman Oaks. We create seasonal, simple, balanced, and approachable modern comfort food. Menus are designed to hold in the fridge and we have freezer-friendly options as well.
There is a $120 food minimum per order (not including sales tax). As long as you meet the minimum, you can order however best suits your needs. THIS IS AN ALL-INCLUSIVE SERVICE, WHICH MEANS THAT DELIVERY IS FREE & TIPPING IS NOT REQUIRED. We currently have a $120 per Wednesday minimum (UPDATE MAY 20221- lowering this soon!!). There is a $35 bag fee upfront, which is credited back to you when all items are returned. If missing: Tote bags are $15 each Ice packs are $10 each If you confirm a pickup with us and your bags aren't out, we charge $15.
No. We will leave everything by the front door in a shady spot. The tote bags and ice packs will keep food chilled for hours. If your residence requires a gate code, please include that in your profile for delivery.
The cut-off to order is each Saturday 11 pm prior to the following week's delivery.

We require a $35 deposit for the tote bag and ice packs we deliver your food in. That will be refunded to your digital wallet upon return of all items. Each tote bag contains 2 ice packs unless otherwise noted. If we do not receive all components back, you will not receive that credit back.
We deliver between 1pm-5pm. The chilled tote bags are designed to hold the food cold for hours if you aren't home.
When you return your bag/ice packs, you will be credited $35 to your virtual wallet. When you place your next order, you will see a "use balance" box to check under the total in your shopping cart.
We will send you a text reminder the night before the following week's delivery. If you do not have a new delivery, but have our bag/ice, you will have to confirm with us for pickup. If you do not allow SMS notifications from us, you will have to reach out to us for a scheduled pickup.. Make sure you allow SMS texts when you sign up for your profile. We will not automatically pick up your bag unless you have a new delivery.
If you are a first time client- please create an account prior to ordering food. If you are a current client, make sure you are logged in. Save your billing, shipping, and credit card on file for an expedited check out. *We are working with the software company to improve the user experience.
